I have been in the insurance industry since for over 15 years and have gained experience in a variety of roles that have shaped my professional career, in particular: customer service, claims management and insurance broking.

I continue to participate in ongoing professional development courses and insurer training on a regular basis ensuring that my continuing professional development/education is kept up to date.
