If you have a problem, concern, or complaint about any part of our service, please tell us so that we can try to fix the problem. We have an internal complaint process and if we are unable to promptly resolve your complaint it will be referred to a MPIP Group Limited Director who will investigate the issues further. If you are not satisfied with our response you have the right to refer your complaint to Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL) – A Financial Ombudsman Service.
