I have been in the insurance industry since 2021 and have gained experience in a variety of roles that have shaped my professional career, in particular: domestic insurance adviser, commercial adviser support, claims management and credit control.

I continue to participate in ongoing professional development courses and insurer training on a regular basis ensuring that my continuing professional development/education is kept up to date.
